I hope you're doing well. I'm a Senior Full-Stack Developer based in Sweden with over 11 years of experience in web and software development. I graduated from Umea University with a degree in Computer Science (ECTS: B), and I’m now actively seeking opportunities to work with U.S.-based companies.
To break into the U.S. market, I’m looking for a collaborator who can help with the front-facing parts of the hiring process — attending interviews, managing communication, and coordinating with clients or teams. In return, I’ll handle the full development workload behind the scenes.
We can use your profile (or a fully optimized one I can help create), and I can support you in managing multiple roles or projects at once. This has already worked well for several peers of mine who collaborate with U.S. professionals in this way.
The revenue split can be 70/30 in your favor, or we can go 60/40if you prefer. I'm looking for a tech-savvy, reliable, and long-term partner to build something sustainable together.
