Scarlett Johansson just stomped her way to a new box-office crown: with Jurassic World: Rebirth racking up a $318 million global launch in its first six days, her lifetime lead‐role haul tops out at $14.8 billion—edging past fellow MCU vets Samuel L. Jackson ($14.6 B) and Robert Downey Jr. ($14.2 B) to become Hollywood’s highest‐grossing lead actor (pre-inflation).
Most of that windfall comes from her turn as Black Widow across four Avengers movies and Captain America: Civil War, alongside roles in Iron Man 2 and the Sing cartoons. The only non-Marvel star in the top five is Tom Hanks. Of course, RDJ could swipe the crown back when Avengers: Doomsday arrives in December 2026—assuming no multiverse magic brings Nat back for another round.
