The Bear has officially been picked up for a fifth season at FX, with a 2026 premiere date. Following an explosive fourth-season debut and record-high viewership, FX chairman John Landgraf praised creator Chris Storer, the cast (Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach) and crew for keeping the series “one of the best shows on television.”
In Season 4, Carmy (White), Sydney (Edebiri) and Richie (Moss-Bachrach) continue their uphill battle to elevate their Chicago sandwich shop into a culinary powerhouse—proof that fans around the world can’t get enough of this Emmy-winning dramedy.
